I have had the satisfaction of watching people grow in every way... for over 30 years.

I believe the necessary elements in achieving this are as follows:

1) You need to be coachable 

2) You need to be a team player 

3) You have to be more concerned about helping others than helping yourself - (people need to know you, like you and I trust you before they will commit to you)

4) It takes bullheaded - stubborn - discipline... to be successful beyond the average and anything... and that certainly applies to this business... but the reward is so worth it. 

5) You must be willing to learn and grow. Let's face it... if you want to earn a doctors income... working part time... then it's only realistic that you are going to need to learn a few things.

6) You need a mentor who has been there... and knows what to do. 

7) To take part in a community... it's hard to do it alone. 

I personally invest a great deal of time into coaching and training my team... including a significant amount of one on one time. 

Here is an easy way to qualify yourself.

Ask yourself... "would you want to work with yourself?"
